This cool weather means that sea trout are starting to move closer to shore, especially over the rocky bottomed creek fronts south of Steinhatchee.  There’s lots of excitement on the water, and even more at the fish cleaning table at the Sea Hag Marina every afternoon as great catches come back to port.  While the water’s still warm enough for some topwater action, the new MirrOlure Paul Brown Original Corky lures have been doing very well.  Move them slow and you’ll get a bite!

Rent a boat or hire a guide; then catch some tasty trout for dinner!
